Lan Shen, Seed Collection Manager and Great Grow Out Coordinator\nfor the Coastal Prairie Conservancy, will describe pocket prairies, how they can benefit your faith\ncommunity, the larger community, and the environment. Beth Clark, Landscape Architect, will discuss\nhow to create and maintain pocket prairies. A hands-on workshop for those faith communities\ninterested in creating pocket prairies at their houses of worship will follow in May, with a pocket prairie\nplanting planned for Fall 2026. Time for Q&A with the speakers will follow the talk. All who register will\nget a link to a recording of the talk.
