Whether you’re a community leader, educator, nonprofit partner, or technical professional, your perspective is an important part of this process.\n						\n						Why This Matters\n						\n						Last fall, many of you joined us for Step 1 of our process, participating in workshops and discussions about how flooding impacts people and communities across Harris County. This includes a series of sessions giving folks the opportunity to:\n						\n							Explore proposed flood resilience strategies\n							Share feedback based on your experience and work\n							Discuss what’s working, what’s missing, and what could be improved\n							Identify opportunities to build on existing efforts and collaborate moving forward\n						\n						Attendees will also see how these strategies connect to the broader Flood Resilience Plan and what they could mean for our communities.\n						\n						Who Should Attend\n						\n						This invitation is intended for community leaders, organizations, local technical leaders, and groups like yours—those working to build safer, stronger communities and who understand the impacts of flooding. Participants will include civic groups, nonprofits, educational institutions, MUDs, and professional organizations—each bringing valuable insight to the conversation.\n						\n						Workshop Details\n						\n						The same content will be offered across four virtual sessions on different dates and times.
