Join us on Saturday, April 18 from 9 AM to 12 PM to plant natives along Sims Bayou.
Family friendly event - all are welcome. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

Join Houston Parks Board along Sims Bayou to install a variety of native shrubs, grasses and forbs at Simsbrook.

We will be meeting at 4951 Simsbrook Dr, Houston, TX 77045.
Start time is 9 a.m. and should last about 3 hours, until noon.
Please bring the following gear with you: closed-toed shoes, long pants, refillable water bottle, sun/weather protection (hats, sunglasses, insect repellent), and some excitement.
Parking will be along the street. There is a portable restroom available, along with water refills for your bottle.
