Join leading colleagues from Elementary & Secondary, College & University, Business & Industry, Healthcare and Travel & Leisure as Houston comes together around sustainability on June 10, hosted by and at AGORA Sustainability Leadership Team Member CommonSpirit Health.
World Cup Sustainability Group & AGORA Building Communities of Sustainability
Building on the momentum of the World Cup Sustainability Group, led by Elizabeth Carlon, to “leave a legacy of sustainability,” post games the effort and initiatives will be supported by one of ten AGORA Initiatives/Work Teams: “Building Communities of Sustainability.” This Forum is a milestone as we bring the efforts and people together and create a 3 year plan.
This will be AGORA’s 9th Forum and, as with past, attendance is purposefully limited (45) to create an environment conducive to comfortable, open discussions, if you will, a “thinktank.” You, your colleagues and the leading associations/groups/

Review results of AGORA Houston Benchmarking Survey*
9:00-10:30 Current & Planned Sustainability Efforts
“Going around the room,” topline efforts. Associations, groups and organizations topline efforts
to Educate, Enable and Inspire constituents
10:30-10:45 Break
10:45-12:00 3 Year Goals
With survey results as base, set goals for each of the 6 attributes of sustainability
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-2:00 Strategies
Ideate strategies under the headings of Educate, Enable and Inspire foodservice operators, their
organizations and their constituents
2:00-2:30 Barriers
Ideate barriers to be addressed in plan
2:30-3:00 Next Steps
Including selection of management team to finalize and oversee tactical execution plan
