Event Description
Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership on a free Wellness Walk led by Laura Conely, founder of Urban Paths. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the paths of Buffalo Bayou Park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature.
Walk departs at 6:30pm at 105 Sabine Street and covers 3 miles in 1.5 hours.
NEW: The first Wednesday of every month, translator Marcella Cabrera will join the group to offer the guided walk in Spanish.
NUEVO: El primer miércoles de cada mes, la traductora Marcella Cabrera se unirá al grupo para ofrecer la caminata guiada en español.
