Join Houston Parks Board this Earth month in building a new native landscape for all to enjoy!
Volunteers will be planting native species at a new native landscape along our Bayou Greenways Trail. Plants will include forbs, grasses, shrubs and trees.
We will be meeting at 4725 Simsbrook Dr, Houston 77045
Parking is street parking along Simsbrook Dr.
Start time is 9 a.m. and should last about 3 hours, until noon.
Please bring the following gear with you: closed-toed shoes, long pants, refillable water bottle, sun/weather protection (hats, sunglasses, insect repellent), and some excitement!
There is no restroom on site - please plan to make a pitstop prior to arrival. We will have drinking water refills available.
