Join us for the Health & Nature Webinar Series featuring guest speaker Rebecca Brossoit, PhD, Assistant Professor of Psychology Services, from Rice University. In this engaging session, Dr. Brossoit will explore how contact with nature can enhance worker health and well-being. Drawing on past, current, and emerging research, she will highlight how nature exposure supports stress reduction, recovery, and resilience in work contexts.
